Giant

Huge creatures of low intelligence, giants have a famously violent nature and are known to remove the heads of their enemies when angered. Growing up to twenty-five feet tall, giants live largely solitary existences, occasionally in small tribes as they are prone to murdering each other if forced into close proximity. Able to speak primitive English and understand basic magic, giants were involved in both the first and second Wizarding Wars, each time on the side of Lord Voldemort where they suffered great losses.

Rubeus Hagrid was a half-giant, known to be kind and warm-hearted, which wasn’t usually the case with giants.
