Back to Hogwarts 2024 – UK Fan Competition Terms & Conditions

● This Competition is for parents/guardians (“You” or “Your”) to enter Your child for the chance to be the winner (“Winner”) selected to win one (1) merchandise bundle, a family ticket (4 tickets) to attend the Back to Hogwarts Welcome Feast event at Warner Bros Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter, overnight stay at The Grove hotel (“Competition”).

● By entering Your child into this Competition, You are consenting to sharing the photo of the artwork and associated personal data with Premier PR (“Premier”), on behalf of Warner Bros Entertainment UK Limited and its parent Warner Bros Discovery and its affiliates and licensees (“WBD”)

● This Competition Prize will take place at:

  • Warner Bros Studio Tour London - The Making of Harry Potter, Studio Tour Drive, Leavesden, Watford WD25 7LR, from 7.30pm on 31st August 2024

The Winner’s Prize will Include:

● Family ticket (4 tickets) to attend the Back to Hogwarts Welcome Feast event at the Studio Tour on Saturday 31st August

  • Reasonable travel for Winner and family to London on Saturday 31st August
  • Return travel for Winner and family on Sunday 1st September
  • Accommodation at the Grove Hotel in Watford from 31st August - 1st September for Winner and family

● A Harry Potter merchandise bundle worth £1,500 from the Harry Potter Shop at the Studio Tour

Entry Requirements:

● Entrants must be based in the UK & Northern Ireland

● Entries must include a photo of a piece of artwork inspired by the theme of ‘Back to Hogwarts’ created by the entering child, and responses to the below:

  • Name of child being entered
  • Date of birth of child being entered
  • Postal address of child being entered
  • Telephone contact details of parent entering of behalf of child
  • Dietary and access requirements of child and family who will attend the Back to Hogwarts Welcome Feast

● We are open to any medium of artwork be this drawing, painting, collage, sculpture, photography etc.

● Entries will be received by the Wizarding World team, and selected based on suitability to the requirements in the Wizarding World team’s sole discretion. The selection team are looking for:

  • Originality - we’d love to see entrants putting their own spin on it
  • Connection - what makes Back to Hogwarts special, and why does it resonate with you?

● Entries must be submitted by the parent or guardian on behalf of the child fan

● Entrant must be aged between 11 and 17 years old

● Entrant must be able to attend the event on 31st August, accompanied by a parent or guardian. These dates are immovable.

● Photo submission must not be bigger than 10MB

● Photo files submitted must be in JPEG or PDF

● Entrant must be willing, with the permission of the parent or guardian, to be in promotional filming and photography for Warner Bros Discovery

● Entries must be sent via email to [email protected]

● Any entrants whose entries do not meet the above criteria will be automatically rejected

● Premier and WBD are not liable for any tech issues with entry, or non-receipt of entry content

Competition Timeline:

● Entries will open from 12.00am BST on Tuesday 23rd July 2024

● Entries will close at 11.59pm BST on Tuesday 6th August 2024

● Winner will be selected and informed on Friday 9th August 2024 via email. If you have not been contacted by Wednesday 14th August, Your entry has not been selected as the Winner

Additional Terms

● If your child is the Winner, they will be ID’d on registration at the Back to Hogwarts Welcome Feast and provided with a wristband to show they are under 18.

● If your child is the Winner, commercial filming and photography will be taking place over the course of this event and by entering the Competition, You consent to and will be required to also sign a separate release to use of Your and Your child’s name/image/voice/likeness being captured and used by Warner Bros Discovery and its affiliates and licensees for advertising and promotional purposes.

● Please be aware WBD may require involvement in Wizarding World Digital content creation and/or press activity at the Back to Hogwarts Welcome Feast event. By entering the Competition You are acknowledging this, and consenting for Your child to take part.

● Neither Premier nor WBD will retain any of the entries that are not selected as the Winner. Further, Premier and WBD will only use Your personal information for the purposes of contacting You about this Competition and thereafter, Your personal data will not be used or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

● The event is fully DDA compliant. If You or Your child have any access requirements or questions, we are happy to help.
